Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, and deletion where retention is no longer required. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where such rights are recognised by law and consistent with the workshop’s operational needs.
Available rights depend on the nature of the data and the applicable legal basis.
Submitting Rights Requests
To exercise a privacy right, provide sufficient information to identify the relevant record and the nature of the request. We may need to verify identity before responding, and we may decline or limit a request where retention, security, or legal obligations require continued processing.
Requests are assessed against identity, scope, and legal retention requirements before action is taken.
Retention of Data
Enquiry records, intake details, and service-related notes are retained for the period reasonably necessary to manage the request, complete the service, maintain operational records, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or otherwise handled so that it is no longer used for active business purposes.
Records are kept only for as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal obligations.
